Flash Magazine Builder Tool I am looking for developer to build a tool for me that can create a clone of Example: <[login to view URL]> Please look very carefully at the features of the published file, as these are the features that will be required. The general concept is the import a PDF into a software package and have it create a flash version of the magazine. The import tool will need some additional editing features as follows: Admin Specs and general Overview: So the administration/creation portion of the software should be Windows or Flash based. 1. A user will need the ability to import an Adobe PDF file 2. The PDF will be converted into a format similar to the link below and be editable <[login to view URL]> 3. Additional Features After being imported: 1. The administrative user will have the ability to highlight hot spots and link them to where ever they choose. 4. The User can choose to save the file for latter editing or publish 5. Once published the software is to produce a product with Features exactly like <[login to view URL]> 6. The user will be responsible for FTP up the files to their correct location. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
