Joomla Design/Implmentation of Existing Site

This is a very straightforward Joomla design/development project for an experienced Joomla expert. The issues that need to be addressed into this new design: 1. Implement current content, data flow and page structure into Joomla 2. Create / Implement new design ??" one that is clean Web 2.0 / CSS style. The current design is not where the site needs to be. Too many photos…not up to current design standards. We are fine using a template design to start with e.g. from [login to view URL], joomlashack etc. We would like your recommendations on designs/templates that will work with the audience (primarily female) and the content that is being presented on the site. 3. Implement new home page layout ??" we are changing the content on the home page ??" so new layout needs to support this. See attached pdf. 4. Ensure the site supports tagging ??" each seminar has tags. These tags need to appear on the home page and at top of seminar description pages. 5. SEO Friendly: The Site must be very SEO friendly. Right now, the site is not. Primarily because of the URL’s. The site pages must have plain text ??" consumer/search engine friendly URLs ??" not database urls. 6. Add Article Section: A section for articles needs to be added to the new design Please look over the current site before bidding and provide your bid based on what you see there, and the information in this project brief. Once I accept a bid, you will have access to the current site files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux mysql Full installation of joomla, needed modules, and all completed files required on [login to view URL] server.
