Make OSCommerce Title tag module work right

I had a module installed but the coder did not finish the project. The module when used to control the title tags of the pages gives a couple of errors.

I need the module fixed so that it can control title tags of all the pages on my site.

I also need a place on the homepage so that I can add links to newly added pages.

That is all.

All communication needs to be on msn messenger for convenience of buyer.
