New stuff: Recent Bidders, I am getting down to the wire on making a decision on who to use to help us code PHP. I have been kind of overwhelmed with the number of bids that I have received. Therefore, I am going to clarify and redefine what I'm asking for and what is most important to me. I will review the bids and choose someone within one day and will want to start as soon after as possible. 1) If it is going to be coded in PHP from scratch, I would like for the class libraries from PHP Application Tools ([url removed, login to view]) to be used -- specifically, patUser and patTemplate. I would predict 15 to 30 pages of simple text framework to be built. 2) No emphasis on HTML design. We will apply a design to the template pages afterwords. We have very excellent designers on our full-time staff that are also intermediate users of PHP. 3) A code generation tool such as Code Charge Studio [url removed, login to view] would be welcome also. 4) Neat, organized and reasonably commented code is a necessity. 5) Other recommendations may be made to override these choices. I am not looking for the lowest price, but for the best price in combination with proven experience from examples that can be shown. Furthermore, the project is needs to consist of typical pages needed for login, logout, forgot password, registering a user (trial and full member), retrieve password, very simple administration forms via the web for users and groups, etc. Some method of specifying the level of group membership required for access to a certain area (directory) or page. Each users level of group membership should be tracked so that we can create three groups -- trial users, full members, and administrators. We would require a sample pages be created that demonstrate the session tracking/user level permissions either allowing or denying access based on the users group membership. Hourly pay with a maximum for the project would be fine. Pay for the whole project would be fine. After a bidder is chosen, we will create a schedule with a few milestones that hopefully can be completed in 1.5 to 2 months. Less is always better.
1) Complete and fully-functional skeleton of the functional web site which we will do all design.
2) working website in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
