I am seeking a DOT NET developer to finish a RAC site that was started and the coder didn't finish. He developed a fair bit of the work and then didn't complete the last part.
He got sick (or claimed to), came back after some time and did some more and then disappeared of the face of the earth.
**Below is the original description.
**
**Attached is the messages between the original RAC coder and myself.**
This is a volunteer site designed to document and track a type of car - the "XB Falcon" - GT model. 939 Hardtops and 1681 Sedans made.
Current Situation
Internet guest arrives at the site. If they have an XB GT that is not registered already they can add their vehicle via a form. They are asked to attach images and send via email.
The admin opens an Excel document, adds the record to the file, opens the HTML and manually adds the record, edits the images, uploads via FTP.
Solution
Guest arrives. If they have an XB GT that is not registered they can add theirs via a form ([][1][[login to view URL]][2]x). As a part of the form the guest could upload max 10 images.
The Admin would receive an email that a new record has been added and the image would be attached. Once the email is received the owner will go to an admin URL (<[login to view URL]>) and be review the new entry. If there are any edits required then the Admin could do this live and post the registration. By posting the registration an email will be sent to the owner stating that the listing is live. The admin can also put the listing on hold or delete it.
The images (if any) will still be manually edited and uploaded via FTP to a Microsoft server.
