Scene descripition

I am looking for a mysql/php programmer to program this project. After its done, I will be looking for a data entry people. We have about 5,000 scenes that I would descripitions associated with. I would like to hire some home user to view the scene, and than click on boxes that are in the scene. Example In IE/Firefox they have a URL with a MOV file that plays and below is a bunch of boxes with descriptions and Genre. Under 'Hair' there is 'Red', 'Brown' and Under 'Where' there is 'outdoors', 'bedroom', 'pool' etc... I have about 15 Genres and 10 - 15 descripitions within each Genres, and would like to add more from a admin page. I would like this save to a database, than be able to search it by which desc. I want. Example Hair-Red, Hair-Brown, where-pool. OR even leave the genre blank and only ask for what I want. Like any scene that has a pool. No matter what else it might or might not have. I would also like to keep track of the user who type in the desc. so I can pay them. ** This has to do with Adult material. I would also like this to do still pictures. Any question which I'm sure there is a lot, please ask. As I am sure I am not as clear as I should be. A little details: This deatil might help a little. Here are some samples of the pages I need. Below are a few other things I need on the pages. Actor Admin: I need it searchable It needs to have a add & Updated buttons. I also need a 'browse' to update the jpgs to (ID1 - ID4). Movie Sheet: It needs to be searchable from a secure page. I also need to be able to add different Genre. If we need to add different 'main' Genre. ( like 'Sex Position' ). I also need to be able to add different Catagories with each Genre. Example If I need to add different hair type. I also need a box for comment/descriptions on this page. ( sorry we forgot it) Movie Admin, I need a update , Add search etc... Buttons. I believe that is all. Any question please im/email me.
