Simple Member/Affiliate Script

I need a programmer(s) to write a simple affiliate/membership script in php/mysql that will be used to promote joint ventures of any type. This project should be completed in no more than 2 weeks. Please do not bid if you cannot beat this deadline. In brief, the program will have a member's area, admin area, and a JV partner area. The script will be used to sign up fellow joint venture partners to promote any chosen products that will be placed and controlled by JV partners in JV partner area to be available in the member's area. Script needs to have a simple referral/affiliate capability. Members area needs to have full personalization. The program needs paypal/stormpay integration. No other payment processors are required in this program. Admin needs to be able to write personalized messages to members or JV partners. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith.
