I need a couple tweaks to my site at [url removed, login to view] as noted below:
1) the main page links to the right of the scrolling image are not functioning links currently. I want them to be clickable so that they will point to the appropriate pages within the site. Right now they are tied to the scrolling image.
2) on the secondary pages there are 4 colored buttons at the bottom of each page that I need coded into a separate include file so that changes to these buttons will be updated across all pages on the site.
3) I need the site errors fixed and validated using the W3C validation service and I would like links for the W3C service included in the footer of the site.
