Sports/College Basketball Betting Site Layout

I need a graphical layout for website; [url removed, login to view]

If you look at the site, on each page you will see a left hand panel, a right hand panel, a lower panel (with two or three text links inside it) & a main content.

I would like everything in SSI except the main content page.

I would also like to hand all the site navigation links in text links and would like the header to have the words "College Basketball Picks Online" in H1 text if possible.

I would like to have this layout revamped with SSI with graphics but keeping the content of the site the same (including ALT tags and title tags in the left navigation).

Please do not bother bidding outrageous prices on this site because this shouldn't take longer then an hour or two for any good graphic and web desginer.

Bidder must have some knledge in sports and understand the type of grpahical layout I am looking for in this site.
