Customer, Sales, Order & Reports app

(Please neglect the budget range. I could not change it! You are free to give your fixed price quote according to the attached requirements document) This project is for converting an MS Access app to WAMP application (We are also open for suggestions as far as technology is concerned). Mainly the app has three areas: Customers, Sales, Reports. Purchase is another smaller area. Once the application is converted to new WAMP app, the data needs to be migrated. About maintenance there are two requirements: The new application needs to be maintained for 6 months once it goes into production. Also existing MS Access app needs to be maintained till the time when new app goes live. In addition to building a custom app from grounds up, we are also looking for vendors who already have experience building a Customer & Sales/Order management application. This will reduce the overall effort and you will be able to give a lower quote. So, preference will be given to vendors who already have similar application/codebase with them. Please see the attached requirement document. We are preferably looking for a small company (upto 20 employees) in India, that can deploy a team of 3/4 developers on this project. Freelancers with solid customer,order mgmt app development experience are welcome, but will have to prove the expertise. Thanks,
