flash video pixel advertising site

i would like a flash video pixel advertising site with a 1000 x 1000 grid that is split up into 100 x 100 boxes and has a 200 x 200 screen set up right in the middle which would be capable of playing the flash ad videos as the cursor was placed over the thumbnails that have been paid for monthly that surround the screen...i would like the 100 x 100 boxes to be able to be clicked on and then paid for and upload the thumbnail and the flash video
