Form Web Mail using FlashMX Pro & PHP

I'm currently trying to edit a Flash MX website with a web mail sender.

I'm having trouble getting to work the email form in FlashMX/PHP.

All I want to do is be able to send email from form.

I have older Flash form that works but I can not get this one to work.

I will provide the .fla and php file i have that does not work.

I need person to make form work with a php script. Then I can take php file and updated flash file and upload to my server for testing.

Flash file to big to upload. Is there other way I can get you .fla?

I've included php file I have.

Also if problem is solved can you document to me what I was doing wrong?
