I would like someone to make me a car racing game, the type of racing is "drag racing".
For an example of what I want, here are the only two current games of this type:

Nitto Legends also has Live racing, however i do not want this, I want it to someone sends a challenge, races, stats of the race stored in database and other player accepts the race and races and the winner of the race decided by their run, I may be able to show another example to the winning bidder.
*Non-live racing - I want what i said above ^^ because I don't plan to host the game off my computer, I will host it on a webhost account which I don't think any of them can have live streaming things.
*Modifiable cars - Engine parts which are invisible, just data that makes the car go faster, I don't want bodykits like that Nitto Legends game has.
Also the ability to change car gear ratios.
And changing the car colour using web HEX colours, like #00ff00.
*Chat room - a basic chat room so people can chat, moderator tools may also be needed to ban spammers, scammers and in game cheaters, different account types get different text colour which can be chosen by me.
*Teams - Users should be able to make race teams.
* Tournaments - Online user-created tournaments (cash for prize money to be decided on how many users enter and entry free, example: tournament buy in: $1,000 game cash, 10 people enter, $7,500 for winner, $2,500 for 2nd place) Administrator created tournaments - No buy in fee, prize will be chosen by me, car and cash
Offline free tournaments - for new users to earn money.
*Practice track - test your car in a solo race.
*Leaderboards - displaying the fastest cars, with a 'search by car name' option.
*Web based used car lot - so people can sell their cars.
*Type of racing - Head to Head: Users race as fast as they can, fastest car wins! Bracket: This is like a handicap, User sets a 'dial in' time, which is how fast they're car goes, if he goes faster than that time he loses, user closest to that their selected time wins, if both cars go faster then same thing goes, the person closest to their time wins.
*Memberships - members can purchase a membership which gives the player member exclusive parts and cars, i should click a button which confirms i have received the payment and then the game automatically adds the membership and game cash to the account. Example: 1 Year Membership with $1,000,000 game cash.
This system should be much like the vBulletin donation plugin script, if you're familiar on how that works.
Administrator - coloured text, full ban tools, ability to ip ban and ban accounts forever
Moderator - coloured text and full ban tools
Guide - coloured text only has chat room ban tools
Journalist - coloured text only
Paid Member - coloured text only
Normal Member - coloured text
*vBulletin - I would like it so when people register in game, their account information such as username, password and email is also stored in a vBulletin database, so the game config file should have 2 databases, one for game and one for vBulletin i suppose.
I would also like car images to be stored online and not in the game, this would make it easy for me to add new cars in the future, just upload a car image, and link it in the MySQL database to the cars section.
It would be best if someone who is enthusiastic about cars could code the game for me, that way he knows what he is doing and what I am talking about.
I hope the game isn't too much to ask for, because it looks like alot to me.
