Need a Website Coded and Integrated with a CMS and Shopping Cart

We have the site design done and are just needing the PSD's we have created coded in XHTML 2.0 tableless design. To bid on this project please make sure you are capable of doing the following.

-Capable of coding in W3C Standards

-Converting PSD's (Photoshop Files) into properly coded XHTML

-Integrating the entire site into a CMS

-Integrating a Shopping Cart with two payment gateways, google checkout and [url removed, login to view]

-Able to talk via phone or IM (Yahoo, MSN, or googletalk)

-You must be able to meet a deadline

-Able to create functional forms via POST

Things we are needing to be done:

The site must have a CMS built in

The site must have Project Manager Built in (for an example see [url removed, login to view] and login using the username matt and the password brown) This is a live site so please do not mess with anything)

This site must have a functional Shopping cart and the ability to add products in etc)

This site needs to have a way to manage our portfolio.

The requirements are laid out and once you have been approved on this project you will be sent a specific site map and requirements in a word doc.

If you have any specific questions on functionality you can see our current site and most of the functionality is there, we are wanting to keep the same links etc that is on our current site, we are just wanting to add more functionality.
