PHP Nuke Interface

I have a PHP Nuke church website ([url removed, login to view]) and I want to improve the graphical user interface. A couple things I would like to implement is:
1) A more professional looking top bar and navigation menu (Maybe something made with flash, etc). A more streamlined theme and a different color scheme. Well the color scheme should be a professional looking "blue" color (you can see the site and get a feel of what colors I have right now...something almost similar, but a bit more professional looking.)
2) Optimizing my site, deleting unwanted modules/tables that I do not use, and just making the overall structure more organized and efficient. If you can, adding more games into the games section (this is if you can.)
3) Design a better BlueRadius logo. Something that can maybe be printed on tee-shirts? You can use "BR" as well. Remember this is a church site. Right now, everything is listed in the Mozaks News Module, if you know of a better way to display topics, stories, etc, let me know. Find a better place to put the Google Adsense bar so that I can get the most $$$. Maybe give me suggestions on what else I can maybe add for a church community portal?
4) Make sure it is easily updateable!
I want this to be extremely professional looking. I want a very user-friendly interface as well.
