update existing website make it work

hello we curently have a website that has been and is still being develploped by a builder from here. however, it has come to the point where we are extremly anoyed with the lack of communication and non working functions of the site. this site was suposed to take around 2 monts to build which has now taken nearly 1 YEAR we reuire a builder who is trust worty to complete this site with what we require and make it function as it should our site is [login to view URL] at the begining of the project we told our web builder this MUST function the same, or near enough and have the same feel as this site [login to view URL] simple things that were completed MONTHS ago, are now not working such as links, contact us etc, our builder is based in Kalcater, WE are in the UK, so communications is always anoying with the t ime gap... SO i would like to know if you can give me a site i need remember [login to view URL] VS [login to view URL] the site needs to function the same as [login to view URL] i need shopping cart, search features, and a database. we currenly have all these in place at the moment, but need it to work we would like some one to carry on where our last builder left off, or if you cant do that then we need a complete revamp of the site which MUST have a shopping cart, search feature, user management feature, and a comprensive menu system, tell me what you would change and what you think of the feel to the site at the moment We are open to ALL if any susgestions and of corse we have paid a lot for this at the moment so we would like reasonable bids, remember we have done this before. 1 final thing you will be picked from a list of 10 down to one, so supply us with as much details about you what you do and what you can do for us, and dont bother saying we can do it for $$$$$$, so pick me etc because you will be DELETED from our list. i look forward to seeing some, good designs etc ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
