Web Dating Site Redesign

I had posted an ad a few days ago and got several responses but many were people who did not repsond back to questions or wanted way more money than the quoted here and some were going to send sample mock pages and never did....

Let's make it simple..... Below is what I am looking for, I will describe it as best as I can and don't want anyone who says I can do the design but not the script or I can do the script and not the design or I can't do everything but can do...... Don't waste your time or mine......

I have an active site [url removed, login to view] and want to upgrade the site its a PHP. I would like to make it more alive looking and user friendly.

I currently have a basic chat room which is accessed by members only, I want to put a link on the main page and allow all visitors to access it, within that chat room I want to have a link/button that says Try our Live Web Video Chat Room and Our Photo Chat Room, when the visitors click on and are not a member they will go to a page that says For members only sign up now for 10 days Free 100% Access Trial.

So I guess you know now,,,,, I need a Live Video Chat/Web Cam Chat Room.... A Room Where There Are Feeds From The People In There Chatting and One Main Feed From Whom Ever Was The First Person In, I want to be able to invite people to a Private Video Chat so that they can invite Say up to 4-5 People to watch a private viewing of the person who invites them........

In additiona I want to have a PHOTO CHAT ROOM which will allow people to chat and have their Photo on a side bar with a link to their profile which is in the system profiles of the site for people to click on and read if they choose to do so. If the video chat needs to be altered we can do that, I am not sure if what I am asking is too difficult.

The video chat and photo chat should be only accessable to paid members and members who have active/free trials time like our IM service is now.

Besides that the rest is just taking the current script and designing a new updates more flashy looking web site......Something to keep members coming back.....

Please Quote Accurate And I don't need your life story just that you can do it along with a quote and a link to your web site and 3-4 work samples you have done for me to check out.

I am looking to have this up and running in 5-7 working days, if you are backed up with work please pass on this.

I do require a mock page/ sample of what my new design will look like so get something ready that will win you the bid and link me to the mock up sample, payment will be infull upon completion of agreed upon work and price. I will not give deposits on work to someone I have not done business with in the past. Once the work is completed to my satisfaction full payment will be sent via pay pal.

If you have placed a bid on this before and have not provided a mock page of the design please provide a mock up of the design to be considered for the project. It's not always the low bid that wins, it's the design, concept, quality and turn around time. Be reliable, Be creative!

I have the script for the dating site already just need to add the Chat Rooms.
