I would like to work with a web designer (or team) with prior web design experience, to build a game website for my gaming community. Any sort of design can be implemented however I've found that PhP Nuke and other similar web elements work the best for gaming sites which are highly integrated into their forum.

Eligible canditates should have Flash, Php, and mysql experience.
I will be paying a minimum of $500 for this project with a minimum of $100-200 bonus based on the length of the project development, look, feel, functionality and user friendly design of the web page.
When placing a bid please include links to other works that you have done or been involved in. I am open to any direction a designer wants to take. Main priority is look/design as I'd like it to be a fully functional, beautiful looking site. I can provide numerous examples of everything I would like to see integrated into the site and even sites that I like. I will also make myself available for questions/feedback. I will also provide a general layout of how I would like the site to flow upon selection of a bidder.
1) Complete, fully-functional, unique and optimized for performance web page that contains the elements listed below:
a) Flash (or comparable standard) animation (on main page and intro page)
b) Unique Static/persistant graphical menu system
c) Main page displaying forum news section
d) Forum (we currently have PHPbb running and if it can be integrated that would be optimal
e) Integrated Calendar and scrolling information box on main page (like a php nuke box).
f) Integration, setup and manipulation of a php database (code is already available and will be provided)
g) Unique graphics (background, sidebards, title bar) that has a persistant theme throughout the
2) Web content should be able to be edited in MS Frontpage
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
