Create an Email Marketing Newsletter Template - repost

I am looking to create an email marketing campaign. I will need a professional HTML email template created. The template should include images, but still be readable when images aren't enabled. It should also be mobile phone friendly. The design should incorporate my company's name and logo, as well as some images related to my products and services. It needs to be professional and modified to suit my typical customer base. The design must be easy to update so that it can be used numerous times. You may need to show me how to modify it as needed.
