Interactive Kids Software Project

Hi,
We currently working on the kids interactive multimedia (CDROM based) project.
We have 4 subjects which is (Malay, English, Maths and Others) Malaysian Syllabus.
The first project will be in Maths. In this project will be maths learning tool for kids (+, -, x, /) with simple interactive and graphics and some animated characters. This should be an interactive CD Rom based software.
The users will be kindergarden kids.
We required you to do a MOCK UP first before we can hand over the full Maths category project. The Mock Up language should be in simple English.

What is your charges and duration for this mock up?
