Joomla / Jomsocial/Kunena Modification and Build

Hi, I have a Joomla-Jomsocial-Kunena based site. I need: 1) To hide certain modules and menus from the users outside Argentina (this can be done with Chamaleon metatemplate, I bought this software all you have to do is to set up the appropiate rules or build whatever your want). Show the menu: ENCUENTRO! only to the users of Argentina Show the module: Nuestro punto de encuentro only to the users of Argentina Show the module: NUEVOS MENSAJES only to the users of Argentina Show the module SALIDAS only to the users of Argentina 2) To display a module with a list of users near 2km of the user. To display a module with the kunena posts, jomsocial groups and jomsocial groups near 10km of the user: DETAILS: A module to show the profile photos and link to the profile of users that are 5km near from the visitor. ie. "Users in Buenos Aires" (this was done with Socialables Geomodule but is currently not working a producing several errors). The title of the module must redirect to "See all the user near you" A module to show all the groups that are 5km near from the user. "Groups Near you" the same for "posts near you" (this was done with Socialables Geomodule but is currently not working a producing several errors). The title of the module must redirect to "See all the user near you" 2) A popup is displayed to the users of Argentina requesting them to select their favorite KUNENA forum sections then, this sections are shown in the home. 3) Troubleshot my SocialAds produce a 500 error and fix it.
