PHP EXPERTS - Develop Reserved Seating Function

Hello, I am looking to add a new feature to an existing online event registration and management service. It helps individuals and organizations to sell tickets online. The site is simliar to [login to view URL] I would like to offer Reserved seating functionality to my event organizers. Here is an example of what I would like to achieve - [login to view URL] . I want to take the concepts listed on the link and apply them to my site. Event organizers should be able to input their seating chart from their account(s) easily. I want this to take place using a grid system where the user can reserve their seats only in seconds and know which seats are available, which ones are taken, and if there are any special seats (for handicapped, ect). The event organizer will have an option to offer increased ticket prices for reserved seating. Event organizers should be able to save seating charts for future use. I want a very easy to use system that event organizers can use to create seating charts and input the necessary information. In fact, I want this system to offer different pricing for each seat. On the attendee part of the site, when an attendee is checking out, they should be able to choose reserved seating in an easy way. Perhaps a grid system or something creative like that. The system must show when seats are not available if someone is in the process of purchasing them. I am looking for highly talented programmers who can program creative ideas.
