Hi I saw the link to the design that you like, however I must tell you that using a flash based design for any site is not the way to go since you will certainly need to go to someone in order to update your site, and full image background may look cool sometimes but at the cost of speed for the site loading. That been said I can provide you with a low maintenance cost (for you) with a beautiful design which cost to change in the future will also be low (for you), the site will be wordpress base that way it will be easy for you to change the information anytime without the need to pay someone else it will present a portfolio/projects area (however you want to name it), in fact there will be different portfolio/projects categories., plus the rest of the pages that you require.
