A wordpress template + two language menu and empty page skeleton needs to be created according to the layout in the attached PDF file. 1) There are 2 horizontal menus: top right and in the middle. The top right need not show login, it should be disabled to be enabled later on 2) The top picture can be a single one or a gallery of automatically changing pictures 3) The text box on top of the picture should be editable and should appear and disappear, we need timing control how long off and on 4) The website must be in two languages: English and German 5) The News and Top-Fonds (left vertical) including content beneath should be widgets, we can fill-out 6) All menu items and dropdown elements should be installed and be clickable to show empty pages - a skeleton so to speak- both in English and German
