Floating social

If you go to [url removed, login to view] you will see in the right-hand margin a floating bar with social buttons. (Scroll all the way down to the floating effect.) This is a WordPress plugin called SmartSharing ( [url removed, login to view] )

I would like to have a script like this created that can run on:

1. My .html pages on my various sites

2. PHP pages on my other sites

It must be simple to install and include clear instructions (in-script comments) for removing or adding a social sharing buttons (because these do change from time to time).
