Create visual appeal with graphics/ flash/ sliders to website

Create an attractive home page (different from the current one) that contains flash messages/ graphic/ visuals/ JSliders/ flash movie/ animated GIF/ anything appropriate to appeal to customers. Animations may contain pictures and text. The animations should take about 20% of the page and the rest should be content that can be taken from the existing home page. Backgrouund color and layout may be changed to make it appealing for first time visitors. The page should be functional in all major browsers: IE 7 and higher, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Mozilla. We want to have the option to change the text or pictures at will on the messages appearing in the graphics or animations. Source code should be given to Net Serpents so that any modifications or changes may be made by Net Serpents. Copyright will be transferred to NetSerpents on completion of project. If you are based in USA, there will be a tax withholding on the payment made to you. Otherwise, if you are not liable to USA taxes, you will be required to fill a W8-BEN form which we will provide and possibly a declaration from you stating you are not a US person.
