Looking to JV on CPA networks - quality leads needed.

Description: Please read everything before replying to this project. My plan and hope is to make this a long term working relationship. You should be a professional marketer and have good feedback. If you have no positive feedback on this site, please don't apply. I want to JV with someone using my CPA accounts. I have 18 accounts at the moment and growing. I would like to partner with someone who is both professional and excellent technically. You should be able to communicate with me on a daily basis by email and/or IM. You should be able drive qualified leads, on a consistent basis to the offers and follow the CPA company's TOS. The most important thing is to have QUALITY LEADS. I´ll give you all the offers with sub-ids, banners etc. Most of the leads should be from the USA, but there are other international offers in the UK and a couple of other places worth looking at. You will earn 50% of what the CPA company pays me, so its conversions only. I will send you a daily screenshot of my CPA accounts so you can see what is going on exactly. I expect you to be honest and have integrity and initiative. I will give you the same. To start with, I can provide offers from 3 CPA accounts and increase it with time as trust is gained and leads are good. It can be increased to 18 different CPA networks and more as I gain more with time. Lead generation can then be spread out more between several accounts. IMPORTANT: There will be no upfront payments. CPA companies can be difficult to deal with sometimes, so I will not pay you upfront ever. You will only receive payment once I receive payment from my networks. The reason being, if we pay first, then the CPA network say the leads are fraudulent then, then I lose the money paid out. Payments are usually sent out around the middle of the following month. If the companies change me to bi-weekly (with volume and good quality leads) then I will pay you sooner. Basically whenever they pay me, I pay you. Your earning will depend on you and how much you work to provide legitimate, qualified leads. If you work honestly and drive good quality traffic, you will enjoy a good income. I can pay via paypal or alertpay or we can discuss another method if these don´t suit. Do not send blackhat or illegal or fake IP traffic. You won't be paid if you do. You will only be paid 50% of what the CPA networks pay, so don't waste time and effort with false traffic. I do have some useful software like a content locker, so maybe we can put our heads together and get some income from this also. I need 100% real people as well as mostly USA traffic. If you are found to be breaking any rules, you will not be paid for work done. When replying to me, please tell me about how you will generate these signups and leads. As well as how soon you can start. I need to make sure your methods will not cause problems with the networks. You could start with zip/email submits and then all going well on to higher paying insurance or education offers etc. This could possibly go to multiple vendors. There´s no why you can't earn thousands of dollars per month if the quality is good. So do a legitimate job and drive volume, then you will be well paid. Thank you N
