Yahoo & MSN SEO

We have an OS Commerce based shop that is doing fairly well on Google but terribly on Yahoo and MSN. We need some help/suggestions in getting this optimized. This is a "pre-project". If you are interested in working with us long-term as resident search engine expert, we are very interested in hearing from you! Also, if you have experience/interest in writing/managing PPC campaigns, please share with us your experience and proposed fee for your services. What we are looking for: - Sites you have optimized (keywords) with strong ranks: ideally database-driven content, with 100k+ results, not just the tiny niche keyword combinations - Favorite tools you use to do your job... find keyword suggestions, check on the competition, etc. Anything else that will help us understand how good your are at SEO. *Note: SEO isn't the core of our business, just a 'bonus'. We understand SEO quite well, just not up to date on some of the latest changes. So... you can talk to us like somebody who knows the subject matter very well. If your input is good, we will send you the URL to take a look at - then based on your points we may pick you for the project (remember, ideally we want a long-term partner). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php/mysql
