Alternative YouTube front-end app

I am looking for a developer experienced with the YouTube APIs to implement a web application with the following functionality: * Log in to your YouTube account * Search for videos * Watch individual videos using an HTML5 player * View comments * Add comments * Create playlists * Add videos to playlists * Watch playlists * Share playlists The goal of the project is to make a very stripped down and accessibility focused interface to YouTube. I don’t mind what you implement this project in, though Python or Ruby is preferred. Please be sure to indicate what language / framework you intend to use to implement this project.
