Requre a J2ME application to run on a mobile phone - the application needs to enable the user to send a WAP push from their mobile phone which incorporates a URL download link. Basically the user neds to be able to enter a short message subject, the URL to be attached to the subject, and the mobile phone number of the recipient. When the recipent receives the email, they will see the message subject and have the option to open the underlying URL link. (standard WAP push URL format) MODIFIED BID. Based on feasibility of initial project, I am now looking to have application written in appropriate language to interface with mCore SMS component software by LogixMobile. Application is required to look for and read incoming SMS messages periodically, upon receipt of new message the program is to read the incoming text in the message and then automaitcally respond to the sender of the original SMS (the originator) with a WAP push featuring a short message and an embedded URL - the URL link will feature a domain name and the mobile phone number of the originator and the text string featured in the original SMS (as capitals letters)- this UR will take the form [url removed, login to view]
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
