I'm looking for a classifieds script that is similar to [url removed, login to view] in functionality but different in look (All PSD template elements will be provide from my side)
I need functional admin control panel that allows to make modifications to the website, all parts of the script should be readable and editable, no Ioncube or other encoding.

Pay attention to Search sidebar and how it works, the different "tree drop-down menus", "tick boxes" and other search attributes,
Look at how featured ads and banners are displayed on different pages and under different search results.
