This is a free membership site. Needs to be able to handle unlimited number of members. Standard membership tools. Combination of php, java pages with html pages in secured folder for member only access. YOU JOB IS THE PHP or JAVA work, our staff will do the HTML pages. Member site needs. Admin level of Access to everything Sub-Admin level of Access to members "assigned" to Sub-Admin and where Sub Admin can produce reports and send individual emails to members in their account. Emails are mostly templates created by ADMIN account. Sub Admin can edit or add to the individual email going out. Replies, incoming emails from members, need to be tracked in the system. Opt ins and Opt out forms. Secondary programs for the members to select should be on a member's option screen. See attached layout for functionality. Project launch date, July 25th, 2007. Programmer must have references, speak english and document the code for us. Security is a MUST.
