In page browser

I need a site that has a small top bar with a with basic browse functions: Back, Forward, Reload and Home buttons and a text box with two buttons behind it: 1. Visit, 2. Search.

Under this top bar I want a frame (or other solution with same result). If you enter text in the text box and click 'Search', the search results of google should be loaded into this frame. If you enter a URL into the text box and click 'Visit', this site should be loaded into the frame. Frame and top bar should work more or less like the way google image search works;

[url removed, login to view]://z.about.com/d/cameras/1/7/k/4/flower.jpg&imgrefurl=[url removed, login to view]

&tbnh=97&tbnw=130&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dflower%26as_st%3Dy%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DG

Until this point it's pretty simple and I could make it myself, but here comes the tricky part: If you visit a site inside the frame of google image results by replacing the URL of the site in frame (example 1), most sits will work and load in the frame (example 2), but some sites will not load (example 3) and others will close the top bar and will load as normally visited by the browser (example4) because they have a "break out of frame" script.

I want to be able to load every site in my site without it breaking out of it or not loading.

An other problem is that some links are programed to open a new window. If links are followed (inside the 'frame') the new links should always open in the 'frame' and top bar must aways stay where it is.

All this is because I want a site that enables users to browse (inside my site) without their browser making any history record of it. For different reasons people sometimes do not want there browser to make history records and do not want to remove all their history as well. Whether it's a horny old man, someone looking for job ads from work or a victim of domestic violence seeking for help this site will not leave a footprint of it.

In the top bar there should be a remove frame button (like on google images) and if possible I also want a button in the top bar to leave the site and removing the history footprint of my site as well.(something like described in this thread [url removed, login to view])

Site needs to look and work the same on the most used browsers (at least IE6, IE7, FireFox and Safari). I will provide the design in image files.

Solutions where the visited site will pas trough my server are no option because that would cost me to much traffic.
