We are a company dedicated to photography and we are expanding our services on the net. So far, our page has a backend where we can manage the whole website as well as creating users that have their own mini page. Those users have access to a photo gallery as well as video and [url removed, login to view] we have a system to upload the pictures to those galleries but it only uploads 10 pictures at a time plus we have to resize and rotate them manually.
What we need is some kind of upload tool similar to the Windows Live Upload tool that will work in said backend. It must resize and rotate the photos LOCALLY where we will be able to review what is it going to upload as well as the order and then upload them in bulk in the right remote folder with the possibility to save/resume upload sessions.
After the first creation of the user, we are currently able to delete or exchange current uploaded pictures one by one. Right now we have to resize the picture twice (main picture and thumbnail). We would like to automate this process as well either with the same tool adapted for single file upload or just some PHP code able to automatically resize and rotate (if needed) the uploaded picture to the right size as well as creating the thumbnail.
Finally the tool has to be compatible with Windows and Mac and has to be integrated with our system which is mostly coded in PHP.
