Picture Uploader

We need a program that uploads pictures to an ftp server. the program should permit the user to: - give a short description of the picture - choose one or more category from a list of proposed categories. The program should get the list of the categories from an xml file taken from the ftp server and present it in a treelist with checkboxes. Uploaded pictures should be resized to a specified dimension by the program if they are too large in dimensions. A message shold prevent the user if the picture is too small in dimensions. Tiff to jpeg conversion would be a plus but is not determinant. Picture should be renamed to unique (guid based) names to permit multiple user posting in the same ftp dir. A second generated text (xml) file with the same name of the picture should be posted to the site for the choosed categories, the author name and the description of the image. The pictures with their description should be stored in a local dir and then all uploaded to the ftp server and not one at a time. The ftp server address and the login and password and the picture dimension should be read from a ini or reg file. The user interface should be simple and agreable. ## Deliverables Only Delphi, Java or C# please.
