mp3 recorder/mixer

Constructing a local entertainment website. I require an mp3 recorder/mixer that can be embedded into the website, allowing users to listen to mp3 files posted on the site, and record an additional track(s) through the computer's microphone over the original file, with the ouptut being a mix of the two. Want to keep it simple, but does require mixing volume control as well.
