Redesign Website and create Android App

Hello to all! I have a project that I need to have completed in a good time frame. I have lost time due to awarding this project to the wrong company. So I released my other provider from this project with hopes of finding the PERFECT provider. I am looking for a company that has the following: --Integrity. --Vision. --You are willing to speak out if customer has bad idea and you know what works and what fails, your experience should have you at this level. --Great coding practices and no holes open for security threats. --You MUST, MUST, MUST communicate with me on a daily basis (not weekends nor holidays), with a QUICK SUMMARY of current status. --I need a fast quality turn around. --You will not send me anything to test UNLESS you have tested it first. --You must know how to write GOOD sql. I am looking for an ANDROID app for my current website. I will communicate with you via freelancer PM and I will give you the site name for your review. As I hired this other company, they did suggest I change my current website to accomodate for my ANDROID APP, but ALSO accomidate normal web users too. Specific Work to be done: 1. Redisign my website to normalize my MySql db, I don't think the orginal coders did a good job. 2. Redesign for appearance sake, I want my site to stand out, look clean and easy to use. 3. Build an ANDROID APP after the redesign is done. 4. I would like to keep all my current features that my site provides now. 5. We have a 3 member website, each having their own functions. 6. I have a security report that the other company created and I would like you to design my site with the findings in the report in mind. 7. I NEED YOUR VISION and EXPERIENCE!! 8. We are changing our URL name, so the code on the current site will have to be modified. 9. Improve our current Admin Panel for easier use and easier search. So im summary this is two projects. 1.
