voucher codes / typo3 / cms

I get several generated voucher codes as excel file / csv / or simple notepad. I want to integrate these voucher codes in my website, so that a website user has to register itself by mail for a newsletter and then receive one voucher code out of the list per mail or at screen out of the list. And after, for example 10000 voucher codes, I should be able to upload a new file, or new voucher cods. The website is [login to view URL] and uses typo3 as CMS.
