Add fields to Check Out page and fix Order Details in admin
1. Require first and last name on carry out orders.
Check Out page > Change...
Full Name* field
Make required, add to db, add to Admin Carry Out Orders table, add to email
Not sure if possible, but maybe just add two fields to the Check Out page and make them combine the info into the Full Name field in the db. That way the email process page and the admin table do not need to be changes.
2. Check Out page
Remove JCB from Credit Card option list
3. Fix Carry Out order Details links
In Admin > Carry Out Order
Double Click on an order. More Details pops up but does not work.
