US Company is looking to develop a partnership for long-term work with offshore development/design company.
We are already working with multiple firms around the world. We are NOT looking for freelance designers, only an established firm with at least 25 websites in their client portfolio. If you are a freelance designer, we will pay you $50 for referring a company who ends up successfully fulfilling this project.

Will only use escrow account for payment. If project completes in timely manner and we are satisfied with design/php work, we would like to develop a long term relationship with your company.
