Creation of a custom GUI viewed by Netsuite Users that provides a 'mashup' of customer, opportunity, custom event, phone call and custom records.
Is required to integrate with a custom scheduling tool that schedules staff resources to match customer appointment times.
The GUI will provide a 'single view' of customer/sales information to enable call centre staff to quickly and easily book an appointment with customers for a mentor to deliver a service.
Knowledge of Netsuite is essential and the solution is required to be supported by Netsuite.
The Netsuite environment is oneworld, and there will be requirements specific to each subsidiary account including language conversion.
