Custom Web Order Form

I need two user interfaces. Please bid for BOTH interfaces. Bid is for both interfaces Here’s how the web based interface would work: Admin would have a form to fill out where they would enter in the following information: 1st: Twitter Name: 2nd: GET FOLLOWERS - There would be a “get followers” button, when clicked it would gather the user’s twitter follower number and return that number to and auto fill the form. 3rd. Drop down menu from1k to 10k – 4th customer's email 5th Submit Once this information is submitted this will build a form that a potential customer can view by accessing unique generated url. This way they can keep track of their order in real time The customer will see the following information on their url 1. Their twitter name 2. A static number of where their followers started before we increased their followers. 3. How many followers they paid for between 1k and 10k (pulled from the dropdown menu above that the admin filled out) 4. Their current (up to the minute) number of follower 5. The last colum will have how many followers are left in the campaign. Counting down from the number of followers selected from the Admin panel. 6. Please see [login to view URL] 7. I would like a box at the bottom of their page that would show the latest 100 followers that just joined their page. Please I will need two of these forms, one for twitter and one for facebook. I will supply all graphics for styling once forms are written and working. The admin would also need a single page to keep track of all current orders that are running. I would need the option to have an “archive” button next to each of the orders to file them once they are complete. I will supply detailed screen shots for the workflow before the project starts. Once the campaign has finished I would like an auto email sent out that says, thank you, your campaign with us has successfully ended.... Please do not bid if you can’t do the work in a timely manor.
