Customizing a single PHP file

I am using Noah classifieds to run a classifieds website.

I want to edit a php file to remove some pictures.

please see the picture so that you can understand what I need.

I have the original PHP file .. which doesnt have those pictures ( You can use it as a reference )

and the modified file ( the one that needs editing )

so this is a simple project and the budget shouldn't be more than 20$ + a good review

if you are not a PHP expert, please dont bid, I need someone with experience!
