My website currently runs off a mals ecommerce cart which means that transactions which are made on the site are hosted on a seperate domain to that of my own website.
The problem with this is that [url removed, login to view] is showing up as a referral source within Google Analytics and therefore not passing accurate ecommerce data to my Google Analytics account.
This is a link to a very similar issue: [url removed, login to view] which provides a solid overview of the issue.
The project for this freelancer is to accomplish the following:
1. Address the cross domain tracking issue which is currently within the Google Analytics account
2. Add the existing products (17) on the site into Google Analytics Ecommerce tracking so that transactions can be accurately logged within Google Analytics
3. Create a htaccess file to redirect [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], and [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]
This should be a very simple job for a person who has direct experience with cross domain tracking within Google Analytics.
Please do not bid on this project if you have never worked on cross-domain tracking before.
Payment for this project will be awarded when a test transaction is completed and verified data appears within Google Analytics (which the freelancer will have access to).
Please message me if you require further information.
