When we send out e-post from our website to the customers. We get this messenger:
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<> SIZE=25630:
host ...... [[url removed, login to view]]: 550 SC-001 (COL0-MC4-F27) Unfortunately, messages from [url removed, login to view] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to [url removed, login to view]
So our website IP is on hotmails backlist.
We need to open this, or change our IP address (we have a secound ip)
So option one, we need to do this :
Microsoft Hotmail has changed their anti spam policy.
In order to have your IP unblocked, please sign up for the JMPR program

Furthermore, for proper mail delivery, the following anti-spam methods
are very important to make sure the email is delivered to users inbox.
Most public email service providers Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail do use
these parameters to flag email is spam or not.
1. Setup Reverse IP for your mail server with PTR in DNS.
You can add RDNS/PTR records to your IP, in the self service center.
2. Setup SPF Record in your DNS
SPF record is setup using TXT record in your dns zone file. Visit

Configure the additional IP instead of the main IP.
