I have a current Microsoft Access Database that I have been using for my business for the last year. I recently created a joomla 1.5 website and need to make it have the same functionality as the Access Database. I tried using the component "Logos Forms and Report Management" ([url removed, login to view]) but was not able to configure it.
We are on sort of a time crunch, we are expanding and will need the online version available as soon as possible. We prefer the developer to be available for future projects and add-ons (new reports). Would prefer there be some sort of backend to the component so we can make small changes if needed.
I can send a copy of the database for reference, I have a couple of changes that I want to make to the online version, but they are very simple. The joomla website was just started and is not live, so you can't mess anything up on there.
Needs to be able to:
Run Reports (different queries)
Quickly Locate Data and Add Notes to files.(preferably on a wall with a timestamp)
Approx 30 fields (ranging from dates, note areas, drop down list)
Each record will have 3-6 .pdf files that we will need to be able to click and open in a new screen.
Add new records will need to be able to upload multiple .pdf files at once.
