Essentially I have designed a very simple web layout and now I need the site coded up. There is a horizontal bar at the top with a logo on it and an arrow in the top right and a background, thats all there is to it as per the supplied image.
Now what I want is when the user visits the page a box folds out asking them to log in, it should fold out similar to a lightbox. You can see the login page in the attached image. They should also be able to register if they are not already registered as well as to recover their password if they have lost it. If either the register or recover password button is pressed then the login box should collapse and then fold out into the register or recover password box. Once they've logged in then the login box should collapse and a new large box folds out containing a row of icons a bit like you have on your system desktop. If any one of these icons is pushed then a box drops down like [url removed, login to view] containing a HTML page that is dynamically loaded. Which page is loaded depends on which icon is pushed. If the user pushes the arrow in the top right then a dropdown appears with the options to log out and change the website background, if the user selects change the background then they are given the option to upload an image to set as their background.
A friend of mine familiar with jQuery and PHP told me that it's not too difficult because it's fairly standard jQuery stuff but he's obliged by his contract to only work for a particular company. Any bids on this project would be most welcome as would examples of similar work.
