Long-term PHP Programmer Position - Work From Home

Please Read ALL Requirments before bidding!! Please only post serious bids. I wish to hire a full time programer for my celebrity fanmail site, Mail Hollywood. You will be required to work 5 days per week for 6 hours per day. We will agree on a time that you will begin work each day. You are required to be online working at that time for the 6 hours each day. If you are unable to be online at that time on a certain day then you must notifiy me in advance that you can not be available and you must makeup for that missed work by working at a different agreed time. The 6 hours a day must be begin sometime after 8am GMT-6 and end no later than 3 am GMT -6 but we must agree on exactly what hours will be worked each day. You are required to do ALL work using my dev site. You ARE NOT allowed to have your own dev environment of the site. Don't bid if you feel that you will need a local copy of everything. I am paying for 6 hours of your day so I expect you to work on my site or any other projects I give you durring this time. You must be available on instant messenger (yahoo, msn, or icq) durring the entire 6 hours each day. I am a php programmer and I will be reviewing your work and progress. Please do not bid if you think you can get away with using stolen code or doing lazy work. I don't expect the best programmer but I expect a good effort. You should also be willing to program using object oriented programming. I expect to see new code changes each day as 6 hours should give pleanty of time for you to make some amount of progress. If I don't speak with you in a day because I am not available then I expect to be emailed an update of progress at the end of the day. Please reply with examples of your work if possible. Please don't bid if you can't meet ALL requirements! BID ON A MONTHLY FEE TO BE ONLINE 6 hours/day, 5 days/week. BIDS over $250/month will not be accepted.
