Magento Expert Needed

We need a Magento expert. We've just switched over to Magento from Yahoo Store and now our site has a lot of items not looking correctly or working correctly. Pictures not lining up, checkout not working properly, We need someone who can make changes within 24 hours after we request them. We need someone willing to be available during USA hours via Skype. Most of the changes that need to be made are related to the "look" of the site - graphics not lining up, images not appearing, checkout process not sending confirmation emails... lots of little things that seem relatively simple to change for anyone experienced with Magento. We will continue to pay you additional funds via paypal for ongoing maintenance. You must have good feedback and a high project completion rate.
