The database will be for one of my clients who needs to have certain section that will use a relational database, once designed it needs to be able to be uploaded to one of my accounts on my server, basically I can install it myself if given the details, here are some of the requirements below:
the database that was started but not completed is located at [url removed, login to view] all usernames, passwords, logins, ftp's and cpanel access will be granted upon request.
there are login buttons for each section, distributors, customer services, admin and of course a back office for administration, if you have a click through all the sections this will give you a better understanding of what I am after, you won't need any usernames or passwords to see all the features just click the login button on any section.
features required are:
individual logins with the ability to add users with levels of access/permissions
add/edit/save/delete data and maybe add fields
email functions for both the front end and the back office so that the super admin could either email a single person in the database, choose some or even all.
import of excel files containing data to add to the database
export to excel
add documents to use a templates to either print off or email to clients/users/distributors
the documents need to have the ability to take data from the database and insert it into documents ready to print or email for example, a word document would contain sections for clients name, clients address, order details etc and these, when chosen form the data available need to fill in those sections in the document.

Company details to give you a better understanding of data types:
this company sell software, they take an order, take a deposit, when payment is made in full they are given a software key which activates a DVD rom they have been sent when the deposit is paid.
when a distributor sells these they are normally classed as the following:
when a deal is new the distributor or admin need to be able to add those details to the database online after loggin in
when the deal is completed this needs to be shown in the database, either by ticking a box or something else
if a deal is cancelled this also needs to be shown in the database, again either by ticking a box or something else
all details of user activity, sales, deals, names, addresses, email addresses etc etc etc needs to be available in the back office for super admin to view, edit, add to, delete, print, export etc
